What we offer

Industrial and workshop services

Projects can be delivered as single components, series, structures, pipework or installation with documented welding and practical project coordination.

01

Steel structures

Production, fitting and installation in mild steel, stainless steel, SMO stainless steel and aluminium.

02

Pipe systems

Pipework and welding according to relevant procedures with handling of pipes up to 28".

03

Laser cutting and machining

Laser cutting, CNC plasma, pipe cutting, HEB/IPE cutting, machining, CNC saw and bending of plates up to 3000 x 10 mm. FSQ can also machine drills and augers on a custom-built machining setup.

04

Finished components

Workshop production with robotic welding, powder coating and preparation for delivery or installation.

05

Engineering and drawings

In-house measurement, technical drawings and component preparation for precise production, laser cutting and machining.

In-house engineering

From measurement and drawing to finished component

FSQ can support engineering and technical drawings of components in-house. This creates a more efficient path from idea, measurements and sketch to laser cutting, machining, welding and final installation.

Drawings, fabrication and practical installation are connected. We can turn measurements and requirements into production drawings, material choices and a solution that fits the actual conditions.
  • Measurement and sketches Components can be drawn from existing measurements, site measurement or the customer's input.
  • Ready for production Drawings support laser cutting, machining, bending and welding.
  • From idea to installation The same team can support drawing, fabrication and practical installation.

Wear-resistant components

Hardfacing with tungsten carbide

FSQ can perform hardfacing on components operating in highly abrasive environments. A welded layer with tungsten carbides provides high wear resistance while keeping heat input into the base material low.

TC-3SIXTY hardfacing Robot-controlled hardfacing with 60% tungsten carbides for critical machine parts.
  • High wear resistance Suitable for augers, pipes, edges and components exposed to heavy mechanical wear.
  • Controlled process Robot control provides a consistent layer and minimal impact on the base material.
  • Workshop or onsite The task can be planned around component size, access conditions and operation.
